This gated, active adult community features beautiful landscaping, and nature trails along a meandering creek. Its residents enjoy the expansive clubhouse that includes a fitness center, library, large kitchen and dining areas. Residents also enjoy the heated swimming pool with a spa and waterfall. The development includes over 180 tracts. Home in this subdivision range in size from around 1400 to about 2500 square feet and usually with brick or native limestone exteriors. As a 55 and over, active adult community, the smaller number of buyers who meet the requirements, have kept the prices lower.
